We handle end-to-end TDS solutions of Banks and Government departments in various Districts of Tamil Nadu. The services start with guiding the field staff on the nuances of deduction, online help on TDS procedures, data collection, assimilation, data validation and return filing. Data conversion is also done using a software developed in-house- an interface between bank’s software and ITD’s e-TDS return software which enables filing of returns, customer query handling, IT Department representation and above all an error free process, executed timely which took a heavy burden off the banking operations team. We started the bank’s work with a limited scope on a case to case basis and ended up handling the entire work, by show of sheer efficiency and speed combined with professionalism. The system which had a host of problems in TDS processing leading to heavy penalties, was successfully resolved in a record turnaround time thereby saving huge cost & increasing efficiency.
