Every assignment executed by the firm, be it Statutory Audit of Quoted Companies or Return filing of Salaried Individuals is assigned to a Partner who, depending on the size of the assignment, would either hand hold the assignment or validate the final deliverables. Audit Managers, Audit Clerks and Articled Clerks are selected after a testing process. They are trained and hand-held by seniors for a specific period before they are assigned independent jobs.

Every assignment is driven by a SOP and well documented. Partners and all resources are kept updated on developments in every relevant area such as taxation laws, corporate laws, accounting and auditing, procedures thereof. Participation in seminars and upskilling programs of premier institutions apart from ICAI programs keep the partners and others updated and knowledgeable.

 

There are also frequent and direct interaction between the Partners and subordinates. In-house discussion on subjects arising out of assignments is regular and given. Likewise, all are informed through in-house communication about such abnormal subjects. The firm’s data base is accessible on need-to basis except knowledge sharing which is for all. All the employees and the Partners are covered by Non-Disclosure Agreements. Access to all client data are tracked through the systems.

 

Every Branch is housed in the firm’s own premises. All branches are fully automated and equipped with necessary hardware to serve any requirement including video conferencing, accessing client data from office and office data from work site through necessary authentications. We have in-house and customized software for various functions. Data is each branch is secured with three-layer protection. The data in every branch is also stored in remote location.
