We handle Direct and Indirect Tax matters of all our private sector clients. Designated Partners have in depth knowledge about the working of Tax Department and have built up good relationship with the department personnel over the past 3 decades. Some of the Inspectors when the senior partners started practice, are now Chief Commissioners.
The Tax advisory would typically include tax planning, tax advisory in terms of compliance with taxation prescriptions, preparation of returns and compliance of filing procedures, representation before authorities, co-ordination with authorities for appeal revisions, rectifications, refunds and stay of demands. All the Partners and Staff are masters in navigating Income Tax, GST and MCA sites for return filing and retrieval of relevant information.
The Senior Partners represent all the private sector clients and PSUs before the CIT-Appeals, Settlement Commission, Appellate Tribunal, DRP and other appellate forums.
